Blackbox Tv is a new streaming service based around cable-over-internet. Your first requirement is that you have high-speed internet from a home or business internet service provider.  Next is to confirm your speed qualifies.  You will need to do a Speed Test standing beside each Tv, to ensure you have enough speed to power your streaming device.  Once you have confirmed that you meet our criteria for speed at each tv, you can move forward with setup.  Click on each step below for a better understanding of how everything works.

1. Speed Test at TV(Test your internet speed)

Download the (speedtest by Ookla) app to either your cell phone or tablet.  You can find it at the Google Play or Apple Store.  You can also visit speedtest.net on the web for another option.  First, turn off your data on your cell phone.  Once you have downloaded and installed the app, stand by each TV and run the speed test.  Make sure you have at least 30mgbs of download speed.  If not, you will need to call your service provider and upgrade to a faster speed or find another provider.

In order to use our services, you must have a streaming device to pull in our networks. We prefer you to use an Amazon Fire Stick, Fire TV, or Android TV box. We prefer all online orders to be Self-installed.  To simplify that process, all of our devices will come pre-loaded full of games, free entertainment apps, and a free month of our service pre-activated.   All you have to do is plug it in, set your Wi-Fi to the device, and start watching TV.  (Instructional brochure w/pics included). 

Delivery: We will drop off at the stated location (Fee applies).  In-Home Installation: We will come to install and train you how to use your new device(s) and how to use our services (Fee applies).  Mail out (3-5 day guarantee)

Wondering what channels we offer?  Our services carry many local networks throughout America and all of the popular networks.  As for Live Tv, we think you will be happy with either package.  Make your choice, place your order online and if you choose, set up an online account.  Login anytime for updates.

We offer several methods of payments to accommodate our customers.  Whether you are starting new services or paying your monthly bill, we have options for you.  New service customers, must pay their first month bill (in full) in order to start services.  Your next bill will be due 30 days from the day you begin service. Your due date is always listed at the bottom of your Blackbox Main Menu screen.  We do offer discounts for anyone who sets up Auto-Pay on our site or through Paypal Payment services.  Payment options are listed below.

If you order a device from us, please allow 3-5 days to receive your device in the mail.  When it arrives it will come with a self-install kit (Brochure with set-up, diagram and all accessories) that will allow anyone to effortlessly install the device.  It will come pre-programed and ready to start services.  
We do offer
Tech Services which will schedule delivery and installation of our products for customers who are unable/afraid to do the install themselves.  You must be within a 30-mile radius of one of our tech Service areas .  There is a service call fee that must be paid, to schedule your appointment date and time.  This is non-refundable, so once the appointment is set, please have someone in the home so the Tech can enter and finish your setup.  If any extra equipment is needed (cords, etc.) you must pay tech for those accessories at completion of the job.  Make sure you have tested your internet and have enough cords and clear access before he/she arrives.  *Please book all appointments 2 days after device(s) order is placed.*

 

 

  Service call fee: 1-tv = $35.00, 2-4 tvs = $50.00
  (This includes install, set-up, and new device training)
