How do I place an order?

First, make sure you have tested your speed beside each TV.   You must have a minimum of 30 mgbs Download Speed to ensure a buffer-free experience.   You may need to add a strong Wi-Fi Router and a few range extenders to your network. Once you have the correct speed, click the Shop tab at the top of this page and order your devices. A $20.00 deposit is required to pre-program your devices before delivery.  If you already have a device and just need service, click the link under shop "Plans only" and order a plan. Please allow up to 3 hours for us to create your account and email or text you back the account information.  You can call our customer service department after 30 minutes to verify that we have received your payment.​​  Once the payment is confirmed, we will text/email the login information.

 
 
Payment and Shipping

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  You will see the name Blackbox Technologies on your billing statement.  Once you have placed the order for new devices, we will respond with a tracking number and estimated delivery date for your new items.  We usually ship all items within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Please allow 3-4 days to receive the device to most states within the U.S.  Feel free to follow up if needed to verify the ship date.

 
Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Our secure server guarantees that your information will not be stolen or sold to outside parties. Placing payments here allows you to set up an account and see the status and payment reminders of all orders placed. For those who prefer other payment methods, we accept Cash App, Paypal, Call-in payments, or Website pay. Those options will not allow you to set up your online portal unless you manually set it up separately. Payment options are listed below.

Returns & Refunds

All of our products come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you need to return a product. Please email us or call and let us know the reason for the return.  We will email you a shipping label, and once the item is received, we will issue you a refund to the method of payment we have on file.  We do not issue refunds on Monthly services. If you are experiencing issues, we will issue you a credit on your bill until the issue is resolved. Contact customer service to resolve any disputes you have with the service. 


Firestick/Android box/Cable box; Restrictions and Limitations

Firesticks are limited to free apps and apps we have already installed on the device.  You were given a temporary account when the device was purchased, but this account can not be used to purchase any other apps within this device. If you want to purchase extra items with your Firestick, please create your own Amazon account and use that account to purchase any added apps.  Any extra charges accrued under our temporary account will be charged back to that individual, so please make sure you switch accounts before making any purchases for a listing of other Usage instructions for purchasing a firestick through our company.
